Lachstern / Gelochelidon nilotica / Gull-billed Tern

De Lachstern is een zeldzame verschijning in ons land. Meestal zien we er aan het eind van de zomer,

 een enkele op trek in ons Land. Deze zijn dan meestal afkomstig uit Duitsland.

Ook in Duitsland zitten er maar een paar,

daarom worden alle juvenielen nog geringd, om de populatie in de gaten te houden.
